  : Location is good, close to the beach (7-8 min walk) and not too far from the centre (15 minutes walk), clean room, fully equipped kitchen, recent renovation, easy parking beside the house, friendly host.
  : There is no openable window on the room - this is very inconvenient. There is an aircon but I hate sleeping with the aircon on and fresh air can enter only through the door - which opens right onto a semi-busy walkway and car road. One can keep the door a little bit open with a special lock to let in fresh air but then quite a lot of noise comes in with it - it's like people would be walking through your hallway when they pass by on the walkway. Also there are no dark blinds in front of the window, just some translucent shades to keep privacy, so the early Baltic sunrise will be right in your room at 5 am. It was OK to stay now because the weather was only 20 Celsius during the day and 15 in the night, but in the heat of the summer this place is not convenient.
