: A beautiful location and house run by an incredibly kind and helpful family. Food was absolutely delicious and we ate every breakfast and evening meal there. There is, obviously, an extra charge for this but we didn't know what it was so do ask if you are unsure. I would highly recommend eating there, you don't want to be going up and down the hill too much! The views are amazing, it is a little cooler on crazy hot days and you will be made to feel completely at home!
: This isn't a criticism, more advice: the road up to the property is treacherous in a small/2WD car! We did not realise we could ask the host family to collect us from Permet and leave the car there so do contact the host with your arrival time. Other guests also drove up and found it very challenging indeed. The road is extremely steep and rubbly and longer than you expect. However, we were able to get lifts up and down after that.

: The road uphill to this place was horrible for a standard car. (But I made it) Arrange for a 4wd transport frn Permet!!!

: The property is gorgeous. It was amazing inside and out and had been beautifully restored. The hosts were so friendly and the food was wonderful. This property is an experience. I feel very lucky to have stayed here. I would recommend this property to anyone who is up for an adventure and exploring the local area. Youll be so graciously welcomed and made comfortable.
: The only slight negative is the access. You either need to park at the bottom of the hill and they can collect you or hire a 4x4. We made it up in our car however it was very stressful and could have easily damaged our car. Contact the hosts for access help - they are more than happy to come and collect you and bring you up and down. Its worth the experience of the property and meeting the fantastic family who run this property.
