  : The hotel is clean, good facilities, lovely rooms. Food is delicious. Location is great, there is parking for quests.
  : Certain staff could be a bit friendlier. Nothing major but it's not a good start if the receptionist has an attitude when you arrive. To be fair he made up for it later :).

  : Comfortable and warm, good bathroom and bed, space in my suite and kitchen. Pleasant staff
  : Decor in my suite was kitsch and ugly. There was a kitchen which was nice but a single Nescaf in a plastic pouch and some fruit tea. Given the kitchen I think there should be a coffee maker, some ground coffee, milk in the fridge and biscuits. The dinner was good, tasty and plentiful but breakfast looked mean and sad. Good crispy bacon and lovely jam and brown rolls, but brown whole fruit just dumped, a few straggly pieces of cold meat. There was little attempt to make it look appetising and offer variety. I think the manager should be sent to equivalent hotels in different countries to get ideas!

  : Friendly staff. They're helpful don't put pressure on you even around the restaurant's closing time. Good selection and delicious food for breakfast. Very good quality food overall. Comfortable room and bed, lovely bathroom.
  : The soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink is a little hard to use. The opening times of the hotel's restaurant on Sunday is limited, so that day your dinner needs a little bit of planning ahead.
