  : I liked the location - it's a quiet place. The size of the room was just right, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities.
  : We encountered some difficulties when we found out that in order to obtain the room keys after 7 pm, we had to go to a different office located at a separate address. This wasn't very convenient. Fortunately, we managed to get in touch with the hotel management, and they sent us the code to a box containing the keys. It's unclear why they didn't just send the code in a message initially.

  : Convenient location for visiting an aunt. North of the city centre. Car park spot available on site. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Would be great if there were some written info re how to use equipment (eg washing machine, timer heaters etc.) and to even provide some washing machine detergent for those who need it. (We didnt need to use the machine.) Also info on the nearest shops - eg we needed to buy milk for tea / cereal for the morning before leaving.
  : Would have been good to have received check-in details without having to call them for them. But they were then forthcoming. Be aware - the bed is a small double (theres no room for a large / Queen-sized one.)No room for a desk either so had to work at the kitchen side. Perhaps a folding flap table in the bedroom would be a good solution. No plug for the wash basin!

  : Easy check in and loads of space. Great location easy to walk or get the bus and felt really safe. I spent a lot of the trip working from the apartment and the wifi was good enough to handle video calls and screen sharing.
  : Only complaint was the shower, we had an issue with it on the first day but they fixed it right away. The water pressure on the shower was pretty poor and it was really hard to keep a consistent water temperature.
