  : I did not stay.
  : My room had bedbugs. The first thing I saw upon entering my room was a bed bug on the furniture. I took a phot for proof. I told the manager and he offered to move me to another room, but I declined. If one room has them, more than likely the others do too. Also, he was not alarmed when I told him, so clearly he was aware. Also, the hotel had lots of construction going on and I was not told of that.

  : It appears they’re trying to do all the remodeling themselves. I doubt they’ll ever truly finish from what I saw.

  : A lot of false expectations on listing. Pool was not open, the whole place was in the middle of new wall renovations etc which made the place feel like a complete hole in the wall. My room smelt like paint and mildew from the old carpets. Half the lights didn’t work in the room. There was trash from a previous tenant left behind one of the side tables. The slider of the balcony needed to be replaced (it was extremely hard to open). Everything is super outdated. The tub and shower were old and yellowing. You have to ask for WiFi or else they won’t give it to you. The breakfast/lobby looks like it was donated by 1980s cafeteria room. No esthetic taste or effort put into the hotel to make guests feel comfortable. Cleaning lady was nice though :)One night cost me $567. Totally overpriced for what you get in comparison to where ive stayed paying that kind of money…

  : The bathtub had black and yellow stains.The T.V. had no movie channels. Barely even basic cable. I feel a partial refund is in order.
