  : It seemed clean. Plenty of towels were provided.
  : The lack of usable outlets. Microwave and refrigerator could not be plugged in at same time. The electrical outlets were oddly placed so high on a wall, nothing could really be plugged in because it would hang down the wall. There is no furniture high enough to use the outlets, it was weird. Not having a person at the desk to check in customers at 3:00pm. There was a doorbell to ring that no one answered and a number to call if no one answered the bell. Called the number 3 times, rang twice, then voicemail, no answer. Waited almost 10 minutes, with 2 more people waiting also before someone finally came to the door. I would understand if this was after hours, but this was at check in time of 3:00.
