WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Casa Zio Piero in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours:
of EUR 35 from 20:00 to 22:00;
of EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 15 per person.
