Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Villa is close to the sea and the apartment was clean.
  : There is nothing - bring your own towels, bedding, soap bar, salt (it may be a habit in Usedom but for foreigners, it may be kinda surprising). Impossibility to pay card/via bank transfer. German speaking lady (who is offended if you do not speak German) comes in person during check-in/out, takes your cash, comes directly into the apartment even before the check-out time, when you are in the middle of packing. No client-service approach at all. Further, Koserow is rather small. We liked the nearby beach towns more. In general, I would recommend the place for German seniors. All the others (especially non-Germans and more experienced travellers expecting more than communist-vibe services will be happier somewhere else). We are using Booking/AirBnb frequently and this is my first negative review. I was misleaded by superb reviews of this place which unfortunatelly did not correspond to the reality.
