  : Very bad experience. One of the worst hotels that I ever visited.
  : I booked hotel for one night in the afternoon, during the trip from Latvia to Serbia. Around 18.00h I received the message and then a call from the lady from reception where she was trying to convince me that check in is until 20.00h because of the weekend (nonsense), so if I can't arrive before that time, she suggested me to cancel booking. I checked the hotel rules and there wasn't any sign that time of check in could be changed due to eny reason. Check in is until 22. I rejected her suggestion, so she said she will wait for me (even her normal obligation is to wait for the clients).When we came to hotel new surprise: no breakfast in hotel tomorrow morning (because of Christmas, even the Christmas was one day later). Instead of breakfast, we will pick up the lunch packege from the fridge on reception. One sandwich, one small bottle of water, one small cheapest chocolate, and 7 day's croissant with expired date of use of 14.12.2023. Really disappointed.About room: beds are uncomfortable and hard. The room is close to the railway line, so in the morning you have the feeling that a train is passing through the room. In the bathroom water is leaking down from the sink. I was in the room 211.I forgot to say: in communication with the reception lady, she confessed that she had a customer at 6, so that's way she was trying to convince me to cancel. Really, really disappointing. This hotel doesn't exist for me anymore.
