Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 4 years old to 11 years old stay for € 9 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 9 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 12 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Hostel Moravia Ostrava in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A surcharge of EUR 4 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 21:00. A surcharge of EUR 8 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 22.:00. A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
