  : We booked another room online for a friend, and when we got to the hotel at 11 PM, the desk was not staffed to help us. My friend needed to sleep on the floor in our room.

  : This hotel does not have a pool. Its lites that is does. The front clerk was not present at the desk. We had to call from our cell phones & she appearednot sure from where. The breakfast was basic, nothing warm except what went in the toaster.

  : They took my security deposit and said they gave it back, but they did not. I had to do a dispute with my bank just to get it back

  : The TV remote didn't work. Couldn't change channels. Breakfast was weak. No eggs or waffles.

  : No staff.Always had to search for them. Hotel said pet friendly. Which it should have said "dogs only" I bought my kitty because of moving. They threatened to kick me out. So I was scrambling to find a place for my pet. Breakfast was poor selection. I used a luggage rack to get all my things in. Then when I was checking out, I asked to use it again. The gal sat there and argued with me that they don't have one. When I had just used it a few days before.

  : Breakfast was very sweet, just about everything had sugar in it (other than the fruit) Beds were good and room was good size
  : Booked the room on Bookings.com and it was stated to be fully serviced. It was not. Had to request after 3 days. Air-con was very noisy
