  : The parking for pickups was far away and they offered no shuttle or valet. It was confusing when you got off the elevator from the parking garage to know that the lobby was actually on the 6th floor and the parking garage was on the 3rd floor. The bed was old, lumpy and uncomfortable. There were multiple spiders in our room. We stood at the checkout and rang the bell for 10 minutes and no one came to the desk so we left.Part of the reason we chose this hotel was the pool-beach area. They need MORE shade. The few umbrellas they had, were swiftly taken by families, many who weren't even using them but their bags were on the chairs and tables. It was in the 90's and the sun was out. The drinks were good, a little pricey but we anticipated that. The pool area was disappointing.

  : Many tripping hazards. Allowing outsiders to take over the pools made it crowded for us who we’re paying to be there. No microwave in the room to heat leftovers. We needed more shade at the pool.

  : the commutation was poor with the stuff, they weren’t specific, i had to wait an hour to get my room, and then come back for the key and i didn’t know that i had to come back to get it, they didn’t tell me, anyways i loved the place i just hate the stuff and all of that

  : more than 1 entrance to facility -- elevators to floors -- lack of parking -- too much walking to get around the area -- tv lacking channels -- not much hot water -- we paid way to much for this experience.
