: The staff were very responsive when a bathroom bulb burnt out and when we asked for a later check out time.
: Having first to find where to get the keys then to be given a map without any written directions and then had to go hunting for the apartment and get a bit lost pushing loaded bikes up steep streets was a small nightmare. Did not like that when you book you really have no idea where your apartment is located. Will not do that again. The apartment was too cluttered with grandma's old stuff for our taste and took up otherwise useable space.

: Apartment was simple and basic but lacked character. Long trek from key pick up building to our apartment - not made clear on the listing. Key pick up instructions gave wrong building number - reception building was actually on other side of the street

: location was great, property was very cute and gave us what we needed. Luis was so friendly and helpful it made it even more pleasant
: it was next to a busy road and we were disturbed by traffic throughout the night
