  : we arrived at the hotel, but were the only ones there. There was no reception staffed. We tried five different phone numbers, bit nobody was responsible. So we did not get the rooms and left 2 hours later. This was very unfortunate, because we were a flightcrew and had minimum rest, so the flight was delayed, the cost were several thousand euros.
  : The reception could have been staffed.

  : The staff promised us to have croissants on the breakfast but they checked the same morning and they couldn't find them at nearest supermarket. They would prepare it earlier right?

  : The rooms are well-appointed, if small. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to be able to eat it on a rooftop patio, since weather permitted.
  : The hotel is on a busy street, so there was more traffic noise than we would have liked. No elevator for those staying on the upper floor. The bathroom was ergonomically challenging (eg, toilet paper barely within reach of toilet, towel hooks very high on wall). But the biggest problem was that when we arrived at 4:30 pm the main door was locked, and no staff were present. There was a cellphone number to call for assistance, but as foreign visitors we didn't have local cell service. The hotel had sent an email on the day of arrival with the entry code, but since we had no internet service before arrival, we didn't receive it on time. We had to wait for other hotel guests to arrive in order to enter. This was a jarring experience that seriously impacts this property's ability to welcome foreign guests.
