  : Communication after booking was annoying. They informed me that we requested checkin after their normal checkin time, which is by 8 pm. I responded when we will arrive. After that, I received the same messages regarding checkin almost every day, approximately 15 same messages. Once someone responded that it is ok and then, they wrote me on WhatsApp the same. Furthermore, they asked for our IDs/passport copy - via WhatsApp They also asked that I should call them when we land and again when we departure the airport. I tried to call them 3 times after landing, nobody answered the phone. On our way there, they called telling me very arrogantly that I was supposed to call . Furthermore, they told me over phone that we need to pay deposit and they will charge it now we drove based on their instructions to the place where we should park, but it was closed. We stopped in front of hotel and I ran to ask where to park our car because it was in downtown and street was narrow. Lady at the reception was very arrogant and did not want to tell me where to go, saying we were supposed to go to other location, which belongs to them and she told me maybe I I have a short memory but not that much. Then she said that she was not able to charge a deposit so she will keep our passport and ID and we will pick them up next they, I refused and she was upset again. My partner was meanwhile blocking the road because of this slow arrogant lady and had to round the city few times until she finally took us to our accommodation.

  : Convoluted process for getting the keys on arrival. The hotel's beach is not free for the hotel's customers.

  : We had a great stay! The location was perfect, in walking distance from the cosy city centre and easy to park the car. It was above a nice caf and a bakery. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the the outside patio to have our breakfast or to have a glass of wine. It was great that we could use sunbeds and an umbrella at the manois beach club!
  : The only thing to mention hear is that the rooms are quite noisy. We could easily hear our neighbors talk. Fortunately we had ou ear plugs.
