  : Emergency light turning on constantly kept us up every single night. Staff said they couldnt do anything about it.

  : The staff and hotel are amazing and beautiful so kind and helpful. Feeling of home away from home. would for sure go back.
  : Really small details but a room for late check out to get changed would be good, had to get changed in the toilets. Soap dish to put soap on instead of the side, bigger towels. Food is so nice it would be great to have a little more selection.

  : The staff were very helpful and kind. The views were incredible all day long, especially for sunset. The breakfast was divine. The rooms were beautiful and well decorated. It was a quieter hotel which was perfect for what we needed.
  : The WiFi was awful, however was told that this was a network issue. It is quite far from everything (which is great of you want a remote and quiet trip) but we did not realise just how expensive taxis to and from anywhere would be. The rooms were lovely, but not as thoroughly cleaned as they should have been - floors were quite dirty.

  : It was a deception to stay at this hotel. We expected to have a minimum of quality and service. They only stretch the sheets, dont clean up the room accordingly with the price that we paid per night. They changed the sheets after 3 nights and the new ones were with stains. They didnt empty the paper bin. We asked several times for amenities because they dont refilled, and if they could change the towelsThe staff leaves a lot to be desirednot friendly at all. Arguing among themselves. Sitting on the sofa not professional. Its a hostel with 5 star prices!

  : The pool and restaurant were nice and the staff were all extremely accommodating and lovely
  : The property is in the middle of nowhere and extremely isolated. Perhaps this is an inviting prospect for couples who are trying to get away. However, there are also frequent power cuts (daily I was later told by staff) which give a panic-stricken edge to the feeling of seclusion that the property provides, particularly if you are put in the rooms underneath the bar/restaurant area where there is no phone service and you are relying strictly on the (already not great) wifi. As the property is a converted villa, it seems worth mentioning that it appears as though these two rooms (100 and 101) have been converted from what was once a garage space.It is also worth mentioning that if put in these rooms, not only do you have a sea view, but between you and the sea view lies the view of the staff car park which is positioned directly outside your window. But back to the power cuts: on my first night in room 101 (which could not have been more aptly numbered for my stay) I was awoken at around 4:30am to the loud humming sound of the mains electric box and a bright white flashing light in my room. I tried to switch on a light only to realise there was a power failure, there was no wifi, my rooms phone had been cut off and the air conditioning was not working. This went on till about 13:00 and we were told it was because there had been a storm. However, the same thing happened for approximately two hours the next morning and staff sheepishly confessed there were daily power failures at the resort. So this is not a great place to stay if you are relying on the use of basic amenities for the duration of your stay (however short) or if you are trying to work and relying on the use of wifi. Additionally, my air conditioning was programmed to stop working in the night and would only turn on again in the morning at approximately 9am despite me attempting to have this fixed more than three times throughout my three day stay.

  : When I booked on Booking.com I got about 16-17% Getaway Deal (You're getting a reduced rate because this property is offering a discount.), and I got 15% Genius2 discount (You're getting a reduced rate because you're a Genius member.) When I got home and I saw the amount of the payment I noticed that unfortunately none of the discounts were applied. To my displeasure Booking.com asked me for a screen shot (who does that????) and none of the discounts were recognised :( :( :(
