  : My advice is: RUN AWAY. First problem: access, up a very steep road, sharp turns to the right then left, then a very narrow parking space. Small cars cant go up. You can go walking up, but steep climb. Photos are very untrue, as they mix every villa. Our house had no view on the pool. 3 bedrooms were downstairs, with a 10cm high window. 2 rooms upstairs: the bathrooms are not ensuite. Bathroom condition is appalling, showers,and floor look totally run down, like a cheap guest house. The manager offered to send a painter. We declined. Nobody likes to have workers in when in holiday. When 2 persons are taking a shower, water temperature is very unstable.In 2 bathrooms, showers hoses were so old and leaking that taking a shower meant spreading water everywhere. They were later changed for us. The water pump system is very noisy, and it is activated every time somebody uses water. When we arrived: no bath towel, only 4 pool towels for 9 persons, and only 3 rolls of toilet paper upstairs. No toilet paper in the 2 bathrooms downstairs. We had to ask twice. On our terrace, the light cover was detached. The main kettle in the kitchen was not working, only a 0.5l kettle was fine.Kitchen: no dishwasher; no sponge, no liquid, no paper, no towel - later supplied upon request. Walking in, after 10 minutes, our feet soles were black with dust. WiFi was not working. I had to use my 4G all our stay. We had such a bad impression right from the beginning that within 30min of arriving, I asked for the manager - I could only speak on the phone or by message - he never showed up. I told him that the price of over 1200 E per night for such a quality was a shame, and I asked if he could arrange for a refund. Not possible. I told the hotel manager that it is the hotel right to have this no attitude, it is now my right to write and share with others what I think of their place. The value for money offered by Pasithea is probably the worst I have come across anywhere in the world

  : Wonderfully laid out Villa, very spacious and clean. Adequate space for guests. Claned daily by the owner. Responsive owner. Well equipped kitchen.
  : A pick up / drop from the ferry should be included, especially since the last bit of climb to get to the Villa is really steep. I was told most other properties give a pick up or drop. A washing machine should be included in the equipment available at the Villa. The size of pool specified in the booking website
