  : George, the landlord, has been great! The communication with him has been very easy before and during the stay via WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. A/C was working great, also the electrical boiler for the hot water. There's a Nespresso coffee machine inside and a fridge.
  : To find something to improve.. One of the beds was a bit short and on the air stream of the A/C.

  : Great reception by George, that provides all useful information. Market and bus stop nearby, Its well located if you intend to use the bus to get around. Confortable beds, clean decoration and lots of room for clothes.
  : Just the Bathroom. The shower area is suuuuper small and Its impossible to shower without making the floor wet.

  : very clean and had all that you need for a one night stay. George was easy to communicate with and very helpful. walkable to Mykonos town but fifteen minutes up a hill to climb on way back.
  : only that you needed to get two buses from the airport and two again from the property if you want to get to the ferry another day .. otherwise you need to walk a long way with your luggage. Also quite far from the beach as well down a steep hill.

  : First bad experience when I tried calling them for check-in, and they never picked up. We even had booking agents try to get in contact with them. They still didn't pick up. The host was rude when we first arrived. I was confused with room layout and thought we booked something else bigger. He laughed at me about mistake and was being very rude and pushy. Had terrible customer service. Would give it 0 stars. The room is small and not updated. We booked another hotel as soon as possible to get out of there. I would not recommend.

  : We had a great time in Mykonos staying at Gryparis! We arrived at the tail end of a heatwave and the AC was great and working perfectly. George was extremely helpful and made us feel very looked after, helping to organise transfers and taking the time to fill us in on the area. The apartments are right next to a bus stop that takes you straight into Mykonos town - you can also walk for 10 minutes however the roads have no paths and can be quite dangerous with traffic. The bus is frequent and affordable so definitely worth doing! Our apartment had a balcony and the room was very quaint and Greek, it also came with a safe which we appreciated.
  : No cons - just to highlight that a bus journey is required if you dont want to walk uphill on slightly dangerous roads, however we preferred to escape the chaos of Mykonos town at night!
