  : The arrangement and checkin were seamless with the help of kind host Stelios, thanks! :) The beds were suuuper comfortable! The room was being cleaned every day, everything is new and decorated very nicely. What amazed me (and this is usually a big problem in Greek properties) is that we absolutely always had warm water with normal pressure all day at any times, it was not dependent on the spend of the whole place or how many people have showered at that moment lol. It has a nice spacious enough balcony, with quiet surroundings, as well as a small kitchen suitable for a prep of small breakfast/dinner. The property has a very nice garden with chairs/tables to enjoy in the evening as well. If you are looking for a really good rest and quiet/comfy place - this is it. The nearest beach for swimming/spending-all-day is a few minutes away by car, 10min drive from some beautiful hidden beaches, 10min drive from the nearest bigger town with shops and restaurants.
  : Almost everything was perfect! We were missing only a pan for cooking (were not much of chefs but wanted to eat something aside sandwiches and salads). There is no propertys parking, so you have to look for a spot on the street for free (which we were able to find most days in July), but there is a bigger parking lot right across the apartment and as a guest you have a small daily discount.

  : Property was very clean and furniture is new
  : The first thing we didnt like about our arrival was that the host was not in the property to welcome us. I know thats not a big deal but even during our stay we didnt have a chance to meet him. Luckily our housekeeper Maria was good enough to provide us an iron and that is a faciliy that was supposed to be in the room . Communication was really hard with host. The room is really small, its like a standard double room, not a studio as its described. Bathroom is small as well. This place was really loud, you cant get enough sleep because walls are really thin and you can hear people talking in the morning and even the hair dryer working. During the night we couldnt sleep well because air conditioner was so loud and you can feel how the wall was shaking. At least we get a new set of sheets and towels every other day which was great . We had some issues with parking situation. We needed to park the car in front of the building which is fine for us but not every day we could find where to park and we had to pay for the parking. Wi - fi signal was missing sometimes and you dont have any connection in the terrace. I dont recommend this place, its not worth the money and we couldnt get a good rest :(

  : Price too high.It was not possible to cook fish or seafood outside the room not even in a pot(fish market are very near with lot of choices and prices 5 times lower compared with restaurants)and inside the room is not enough space and conditions for cook.Very hot in the room at first floor.Air condition needed 2-3 hours to cool the room.
