When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 28 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Requires theme park admission. Early Park Admission begins one (1) hour prior to regular scheduled park opening to either Universal Studios Florida or Universal’s Islands of Adventure as determined by Universal Orlando, and Universal’s Volcano Bay. Valid at select attractions at each park. Attractions are subject to substitutions without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

Excludes select attractions and separately ticketed events. Not valid for guests staying at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites, Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites, Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, and Universal’s Aventura Hotel or for Universal’s Volcano Bay. Valid for the number of guests staying in the room for the length of hotel stay. Additional restrictions apply.
