  : The town home is located in an area with easy access to attractions & shopping.
  : Gated community, but gates left open 24/7 Friday-Monday. Normally I could understand this for a residential apartment complex since this was a holiday weekend in Orlando, but I did have concerns. Our specific town home was close to the pool & kids' playground, and some people were removed by security dfrom the pool area due to disturbance & no proof of residency/ guess pass was cconcerning. All out kids are now teens, & I can't say I was comfortable allowing them to walk without an adult within the property. Can't say we won't ever book this one again since it was a great last minute price. I simply feel that when a property states safety is a top concern, it should mean far more than just covid safety.

  : Customer service - terrible. Couldn't get anyone to answer or call back. Filthy pillows with sweat stains, some spiders in the unit, very tiny ones but still. Had to rehash all the dishes. Otherwise it was fine
