  : Checking in was quick and easy. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly.
  : Well, once walking in the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. There were no batteries in the remote, we had to ask for them from the lobby. The TV would cut out every 10 minutes and turn black, then after 10 minutes would come back on- this happened continuously. The first morning trying to take a shower- there was no shower curtain. We asked for maintenance to come look at the TV and get us a shower curtain- shower curtain-check, when it came to the TV he said "can you just deal with it for one night". Booking states that the hotel offers breakfast, when we arrived in the lobby for breakfast- there was apple juice, orange juice, black coffee. When asking the receptionist where the breakfast was she said "we do not serve breakfast"We went to the pool for a a short time due to "guests" who were using illegal substances poolside while children were trying to swim. There was old food (chicken wings) in some of the chairs and on the pool deck. The hotel its self was dirty- like an old trash can out front of the lobby doors, tipped over, never got cleaned up our entire stay, things likes that on the premises that could have been better taken care of. Its sad because the location was great, right off I-drive where there is a ton of things to do. Just know when you book this cheap hotel, your getting what you pay for and I've stayed at plenty of cheap hotels, this one was not well ran. FYI- the pictures listed shown for this booking ARE NOT ACCURATE. They must be from when the hotel first opened 20 years ago. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES.

  : before asigne a costumer room they need to make sure the room is clean ready to be use i have to go back to the front desk 2 time because the room they give me looks like someone was sleeping in there dirty everything can be better

  : definitely misleading. looks nothing like the pictures AT ALL. very sketchy. room wasn’t very clean, and there was an awful moldy/smoke smell. the curtain on the window was half up so even when closed there was still a space where you could see in. door had a gap even when locked. tv kept going in and out and barely worked. a lot of loitering by people who im sure weren’t all guests. did not feel safe at all and actually ended up leaving and not staying the night. bummed i paid for it but it was cheap and i value my safety overall.

  : Aircon didn’t cool the room down. Was very dated and needs some TLC. Shady characters everywhere, joyriders outside the room at 1am blasting music and staff were quite rude.

  : They just need to close the carpet and the bed is nasty just wrong They need a new staff that cares

  : Staff could have been polite. Or professional The building was dirty . Police was out removing people from rooms. Guys where in staircase sitting . And roaming around . Parking lot had used condoms . Keys stopped working every night. Sheets where dirty on the bed and etc
