Disappointing

  : The location is good, the place had a good beach. I liked the pool area and the bar was good. The staff upgraded us because of a horrible experience and the new room was decent. Can do bbq outside as there are lots of grills around. The staff waited for us to be checked-in even when they finished at 8 pm. We arrived at 8.20pm
  : The check-in ends at 8 pm, the earliest check-in time we have encountered. You have to pay extra for parking your car inside. Luckily there is free parking outside the place and the staff let us drive in to drop things off. The first night was horrible. I booked the wooden cabin and it was so disappointing. It was as tiny as a shed. A loud ceiling fan as no aircon. The bathroom was filthy with mold growing and cracked tiles. I can't believe its 4-star place. Insects crawling inside. The furniture was missing parts as shown in the photos. The place did not mention in booking.com that we need to bring our own bedding, so had to pay extra for their bedding and it wasn't cheap. 12euro for double and 6euro for single. When I opened the bedsheets I was horrified to find marks as if dried blood. Blood can get stained if not washed correctly and it appeared as if it was the same as bloodstains. Tried to get a refund for the following night as I booked the next day also but wanted to leave after the experience. However was refused even though booking said they would refund them, the place didn't want to do it because it would be too complicated and long for them. Was upgraded thankfully to a nice room but the next-door couple kept us awake most of the night, the walls are very thin.
