  : My day was horrible. I never got the check into my room. They offered me three different rooms that was unacceptable due to odors on the bed and the mattress the bed. The bathroom tub was dirty. Still had comment substance inside of it. The front desk manager is very rude Kyle. He has refused to refund my money and reach out to booking.com to rectify the situation. I have been treated horribly because I am a African-American woman travel with my dog and set into their lobby from 10:30 PM Pacific standard time until 4:30 AM with no reservation no room and I still not have received my refund after 14 business days. I am furious with this property. Their property is horrible. The bed seek all the way into the floor there maintenance is horrible. The lobby is dirty, the carpet all through the hallways is in the elevator does not work

  : Room was actually very clean and easy to navigate.
  : Location was somewhat difficult to access as it was not easily accessible from the street. The hotel seemed to be inhabited with some vagrants hanging around outside the hotel.

  : Thier was roaches in the room no water was provided and the Phone did not work , I couldnt call for help or any request, I had to go to the front desk for any questions. I took my grandaughter to the concert and was so happy we did not keep our luggage on the floor, HUGE ROACHES WERE IN ROOM WE SAW IT WHEN WE GOT UP IN THE MORNING BY OUR SHOES!! SO GROSS< I WANT A REFUND , The front desk said call the manager, but nothing happened.

  : The location was within walking distance of the Honda Center. There were other businesses within walking distance, so I didn't have to drive much during this stay since it was only an overnight trip.
  : The facility was outdated. The elevator permit they had on display expired in 2020, so that made me a bit uncomfortable. The room was dusty, sink was leaky with a puddle underneath when we arrived, one of the beds was being supported on one leg with a folded cardboard box, bathroom fan didn't work. Our air conditioner kept the room at a tolerable temperature, but did not cool the room even though we had turned it on as soon as we checked in and didn't turn it off until check out. Breakfast was disappointing because it was only one type of coffee, one creamer, and small granola bars or small muffins. I expressed my facility concerns before leaving and was just given an "okay" by the staff.

  : Everything from location to ambiance down to customer service!! Literally while checking in the clerk said “ooooo that huge big scared the shit out of me” I shoulda known there now I have bites all over!!
