  : The dryer in unit 406 did NOT work well what so ever we had to run the dryer 4 times to dry our clothes and you couldn’t dry towels, had to hang dry. The bedroom with twin beds in it smelled musty like the bed was soiled or wet….not sure what that was about.

  : It is very convenient in Orange Beach.
  : The entire condominium complex is in disrepair. The unit is okay. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Appliances were fine. Patio furniture was filthy. We will be returning to Phoenix East next time.

  : Everything! Absolutely loved the location, balcony, fully stocked kitchen (cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc.) And the homey atmosphere.
  : Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is the TV in the second bedroom is not a smart tv and doesn't have cable. You have to bring DVDs in order to use the TV. Also, the DVD player remote in the living room did not have any batteries in it. That's really it!

  : Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there except food stuff. Not even salt/pepper. Pool is great and beach is beautiful

  : We didn't get breakfast, it was a condo. The pool was nice, location was good. The daytime security guard was so sweet. The night time security guard didn't tell us to look in our room for parking passes and let us pay $20 for one and said no refunds 5 mins after we paid him.
  : The bathtubs are very small and the door was a pain to use but everything else was good.

  : The access to the beach was great!
  : The condo was not detailed cleaned, cabinets , walls, had food splatters, crumbs all along the side of the stove by counters, Fridge hadn’t been pulled out and cleaned , it was obvious there was something spilt just while Standing in the kitchen looking down. It has a horrible musty smell, mold on the bathroom vent, and around the a/c unit. We had a water link under kitchen sink. I mean water pouring out into the kitchen floor. So underneath sink was all soggy pressed wood. Called 3 different times before someone came and they entered the condo without our knowledge. Needs a MAJOR paint touch up! More than one cheap pillow per bed would be recommended. Cleaning the throw pillows before putting them back on the beds would be another suggestion as they are stained as well. Bathroom rug is stained, shower curtain has a stain on it. Looks like someone dyed there hair and got it on the shower curtain and on the cabinet cause it’s stained as well. Carpet feels gross and dirty! Chairs and table outside in balcony look like they haven’t ever been wiped down.Some of our towns were stained. I won’t rent this unit again! We stayed at Tradewinds 3 years ago and it’s disappointing to see how the elevators have broken tiles now, the stairway is dirty, each breezeway is dirty with ashtray overfilled and trash cans over flowing. It’s went down hill in 3 years. But it’s got a great beach access!
