  : Beautiful, large condo with amazing views of the ocean, sunsets and sunrise. 802 is beautifully decorated. Pools are amazing and Huge. Loved the lazy river!! The short distance from the boardwalk to the ocean was really nice. Loved that we could park in the deck and walk straight onto the floor we were on. Every employee we encountered went out of their way to assist any need or answer questions. We had all we needed in the kitchen to cook or make drinks. We will definitely go back!
  : No hot water in the shower in the bedroom with 2 beds. It was the same in all 3 condos our group rented. Wifi was Terrible. Cell reception was terrible. Fortunately, there is a full hall bathroom that we could use for this room. Did not know slide was broken..and has been broken a while.

  : Huge indoor heated pool considering we stayed during the winter months. Too cold to play on the beach. There was no sun only rain and wind. The unit was large and very roomy. Beds were great and comfortable. Patio was awesome. Very clean unit. A private bathroom with each bedroom. I wish we had come when it was warmer and we could enjoy the convenience of the beach at the buildings back door. We enjoyed the work out facility every day. State of art equipment was available, with plenty of cleaning wipes before and after each use. The hot tubs and sauna were not open to the public due to Covid precautions. This was very well understood.
  : Appliances in our unit were worn out. Neither the washer or drying worked. So we went home with dirty wet clothing piled in a plastic bag. When I pay the price, I expect to wash my families clothing before I leave, to help me when I get home. The dish washer does not clean well. If you don't wash and rinse your dishes prior to using in the same day, many particles will not rinse off. I had to run the dishwasher twice each use. There was no hot water supplied to the Master bedroom, so we could not enjoy the hot tub advertised. One of the guest bathroom toilet wouldn't flush, unless you removed the toilet lid and flushed it manually. (This was a good trouble shooting lesson that I taught my grandson who was with me). Of all kitchen utensils that were not supplied - a spatchula for eggs and pancakes. The supplied pots and pans were awful. I don't mind cheap, but I would expect them to be of a non stick sort. All bathrooms only had one toilet paper roll. No extra were supplied - just in case! If you plan on staying longer than three days with a large family, you better bring your own supply.
