  : The room was very spacious as we was traveling with 4 generations party of 6 ranging in ages 3-77. Earlier reviews had me nervous but all TV’s were smart ones, appliances was not outdated. Wet bar with mini ice maker was a bonus to larger refrigerator/freezer ice maker. The 1/2 bath was much appreciated with kids! Quiet area - bonus across street live music could enjoy!! Balcony view of the gulf! no wait elevators!
  : Due to hurricane repairs to exterior of building the outside pool and hot tub was closed. Our balcony had scaffolding on it but seems to be finished with fresh paint.

  : it was clean , quiet for the most part and a very comfortable stay .
  : didn’t like the fact that the tvs in both bedrooms didn’t work ,i didn’t like that the check out was 10am , and I didn’t like that the pool and hot tub closed at 10.

  : I loved this condo. The location and the beach view. I decided to come back for my bday weekend to relax and enjoy a play I new I loved.
  : They were doing construction and had the outside pool closed even though the website stated it was open. At 6:30 am on a saturday all you here is drilling and hammering. EXTRA LOUD. I called to see what was going on and the lady said they can’t control what time the workers work.. So I couldn’t enjoy my weekend and sleep in. Also the tub leaked water from the handles while the water was running. On the last day I washed clothes and the washer did not drain the water out. I had to pack wet clothes to leave. I was told I would receive a call from management and never did.

  : there was an ongoing renovation of the outside walls of the appartments which was quite noisy from time to time

  : Condo was as pictured, large, clean, and well stocked.
  : Did not have access code to open gate to enter property. Work was being done on the property and we were awakened around 7:30 am to the loud sound of hammering, mechanical sounds next door. One evening, three workman spent around 20 more minutes walking across our balcony with equipment. We had no advanced notification and were in the condo with blinds open with two minor children.
