  : We liked that it was close to the city center.The room was spacious.Kitchen was well equipped and spacious.Good soundproofing from exterior noise.
  : It was not as clean as we expected - the sofa was stained, we found spider web in various places, one wall in the bathroom was damaged.We observed a bad smell from the drainage and a general closed space smell in the location.Does not have a smart tv or AC.The type of tiling installed in the bathroom and kitchen requires daily cleaning but keep in mind that this service is provided only for extra cost. Very poor ceiling insulation - when the upstairs neighbour was walking through the room everything was shaking. Luckily, this did not happen very often or late at night.Bed is squeaking annoyingly when you move from one side to the other, so if you are a light sleeper this can be disturbing.

  : Great location, close to restaurants and sights, with the quiet of a small street. Very nice dcor, in keeping with the atmosphere of the city. Instructions for parking and access were provided beforehand and were accurate. While street parking is limited to 1h, there is a large underground parking only a 15-minute walk away. We had everything we needed to cook simple meals and we were surprised to find a little welcome gift on the table. Since our stay was part of a long trip, we appreciated the washing machine and the drying rack. Overall a very nice experience.
  : The gangway from the street door to the apartment door was dirty, with cobwebs and the smell of old dust. The sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on once extended - some parts were moving away from the others and could not be blocked. The bathroom was a bit cramped and there was a foul smell sometimes.

  : Nice central location, pretty much all basic amenities, clean, elegant.
  : Hello, I would say that the apartment is suitable mainly for a couple. We were two adults and two little children and once the kids are asleep, you cannot retreat or do much noise as the two rooms (bedroom and kitchen) are separated only by a retractable door, which also doesn't fully close and which has many small glass windows incorporated, so even keeping the light turned on would be an issue as much as light would be an issue for sleeping for anyone. Also, there is a sensor lamp outside the apartment which belongs to the neighboring apartments and which you cannot control, so every time someone moves outside, that light automatically spreads into the apartment through the kitchen window. Also, the couch is not suitable for adults and the main bed creaks almost at every move.Otherwise, elegantly decorated and with pretty much every basic equipment.As I said, I think it's more suitable for couples or families without kids (we also booked it during New Year's Eve time when there is additional noise and locomotion and which probably contributed to the general impression, so it may not be 100% relevant for bookings throughout the year).All the best!

  : What I didn t like is that it was no aircondition....and it was 35 degrees outside when I stayed there
