  : Nice and quiet location, nice view outside the window of the fields and hills. Very nice building and a nice, atmospheric restaurant. A spacious room.
  : Unfortunately, the staff CANNOT speak English and even do not try to understand my weak german (I learn it). Absolutely nobody, absolutely nothing. Bad-smelling towels in the room!!! The staff was VERY RELIABLE (except for one waitress who tried a little), the staff in general VERY rude. Expensive and deceived food in the restaurant, the omelette with FOREST MUSHROOMS (~ 11 ) was actually an omelette with mainly CHEAP MUSHROOMS (!! !!) which spoiled the taste. Weak deer stew. We did not eat part of the dishes, we asked for packing (completely normal all over the world) - it was so strange for waitresses, as if I were asking for quantum physics calculations !!! Nightmarish ... There were no boxes. To make matters worse, waitresses insulted guests without knowing that the guest was listening and understanding. Very unprofessional and rude. VERY BAD breakfast. No hot dishes, for two people the same portion of cold cuts as for one ... Mockery. Only 1 (say: one) small strip of pepper 4 cm long, 0.5 cm thick and 1/15 part of tomato. They were all available vegetables. Giving guests a HALF (1/2) slice of some ham is ridiculous. The service at breakfast was very surprised that someone could drink coffee and tea with breakfast. The price includes 100 ml of "orange" juice. Only one kind of tea. We have not seen such a terrible breakfast in ANY object in the Bautzen / Oberlausitz area, even in "feriewohnung's" (rooms for rent). We have NEVER encountered such a rude and insolent service. We have traveled almost all of Germany from north to south, from east to west, and such unpleasant service has never been such a problem. In the area of Oberlausitz, Bautzen, Pirna, etc. there are so many nice guesthouses, ferienwohnung's, even hotels. We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Go anywhere else but not there. Unfortunately, making any complaint was impossible.

  : The place is beautiful, the inn is very atmospheric, local beer. A great place to stay and explore the area. Spacious room, bathroom with a window. The architecture of the inn is magnificent, there are many dusty decorations from "still life" inside. When we are in the area again, we will spend the night there again, we will see if they take the opinions of guests seriously. Today rating 6/10 - on credit.
  : The food is ... so-so. We ate a few dishes, it wasn't bad but underdone, the cook has no taste. Breakfast, well, good quality products, but the quantity and form of serving is ridiculous. A few halves of cold cuts, no vegetables, nothing hot, poor - you have to bear this in mind when ordering breakfast. There was coffee right on the table, the waitress was surprised that we wanted tea and instructed us that the next time she expects us to say that we want tea the day before. This is frivolous and rude. Like the constant questions about whether there is anything missing, with so many ingredients and the choice - of course not, but if she proposed it in such a strange way, it should be on the table - at the guests' disposal as much as they need, and not constantly peeking into the plate. We did not ask for anything more, since they proposed such an offer, it is binding. If they would like to propose differently or more, it should be prepared or the guests informed. Overall the service was either not very polite or artificially polite. Price high in relation to quality, even in Munich (huge allomeration) there are many good class hotels with good breakfast, and at a lower price. The staff speaks only German, please remember.

  : Sadly no staff were available when we checked in and the restaurant wasn't open. We had to translate a note from German into English to advise us to phone to say what time we wanted breakfast and then find somewhere else to eat.
