  : Room smells like someone smoked or it is old. In the breakfast stuff is not helping at all, they dont care. The carpets dirty and dusty! You can hear what someone is doing something in room next door.

  : The hotel itself is quite nice, and beds were comfy.
  : It'd have been even better if all the reception staff would speak English: I sent many messages to cancel the massages I had booked not knowing that my friend and I couldn't get it at the same time, but it seemed they didn't understand me by messages, and it was confirmed on arrival when I was reminded about the massages. Also, I know it isn't the hotel's fault, but it could have been handled better by the staff: on our penultimate night, some drank guys started to knock constantly at our door (2 girls) and tried to open our door. I called the reception to ask for help as we got really scared! Luckily the girl at the reception spoke English, but: after putting down the phone, the knocking stopped, but we weren't notified by the reception about anything and to be honest we were too scared to leave the room to go for dinner and ordered food from the hotel restaurant (not great pizza tbh). The day after (our last night), we went down to the reception, explained once again what happened and asked to be moved if those guests were still beside our room. We got told that what happened to us was "strange" and to come back in one hour to have a different room. When we went back the same girl at the reception told us that she was wrong and we couldn't have another room. After telling her we were going to change hotel if that was the case, we were moved to a way bigger room, but that wasn't exactly the cleanest: the bed sheets were all wrinkled and a long black hair was in one of the pillows. The spa isn't bad, but there is no staff to check it: one of the sauna wouldn't work, the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold, we had to go upstairs to the reception to ask how to turn on the hydromassage as no signs and no one there to ask, also a lot of naked men and towels everywhere. Overall not a pleasent experience!
