  : The matrass was too soft. Not enough towels. Television did not work on arrival. No curtain at the front door. No little supermarket available. We had a few flies in the apartment on arrival. No mixer in the kitchen. The frying pan was worn-out/damaged

  : Great location, charming villas. The area (Oosterhout) is quiet and relaxing, and the entire campus is friendly and well-organized. There is a lot of green areas and the golf field nearby is also very nice
  : There is no room service, and the maintenance level is generally not that high. We paid extra for air conditioning, but it was one small airco only in the living room

  : well designed villas with plenty of space. The surrounding area is wonderful and it makes the driving (and running...) around it a lot more intersting.
  : We got a very different state villa then the pictures on the web site. a lot of damages in the interior and external walls and floors. the villa was quite dirt with dead (and living) bugs around along with some dirt. there was a big yellow stain in one of the bathrooms. some of the sheets were stained as well. the smell wasn't good and it felt no one cleaned the apartment for a while We arrived on 6 pm and when we asked to switch apartment they said they are fully booked and cleaners can only come tomorrow. the next morning I went to the front desk again to make sure it will be cleaned and to ask to talk with a manager. they said cleaners will come this morning and they will get back to me as for the manager. we came back at 9:30 pm after a long day just to realize no one even enter the apartment (and of course no one called during the day). I went again the following morning, had to explain every thing over again. they said cleaners will come today and that all of the managers are on vacation (in the most busy season...:( ). it was too little too late, the cleaners only change the sheets and that's it. went out very disappointed the following day. it was the worst experience then all of the other apartments we stayed in Holland and Belgium.
