: The man at the reception was very friendly and attentive. He helped us with everything we needed. The terrace we had in the room and the swimming pool were great, we enjoyed them a lot.

: Caretaker Hasan is very friendly and always ready to help and serve breakfast very fast. The beds are comfortable and not too hard. Best asset: the location! On walking distance from the beach in 5-10 minutes, in a quiet part, so good sleeping. We adored the many cats and kittens around the place, that Hasan also feeds, lovely.
: The cleanliness of the grounds, pool and rooms (especially daily housekeeping that doesn't seem to clean, but only makes the bed and switches towels every 2 days) is simply not very good. The hotel is very old, with very visible deterioration of all materials in the room like moist infested doors, stains, rudimentary repairs and calcified taps that hardly open. For us, no dealbreaker, since the positive points outweigh the negative. Would stay again and recommend, though this is what you can expect.

: An older gentleman called Hassan does the day-to-day running of the hotel. He was fantastic. Very, very friendly and helpful, and always cheerful. He brought breakfast to our room every day, showed us around the garden (lemon trees, a grapefruit tree, various home-grown bits and pieces). Hassan allowed us to pick our own. He is the sort of guy who will help you out with anything - nothing's a problem. I couldn't praise him enough. Oludeniz is a small place and the hotel is convenient to everything. There is a good little shop right beside it.
: The worst thing I could say is that our room safe didn't work.
