  : The pools were great. The housemaid service was very good and the rooms were tidy. The location was reasonable if you want quick access tot he strip and the bars but I wouldn't suggest this hotel for young kids. Aussie, the guy working on the bar back near the apartments was great and accomodating.
  : Arrived in the evening to be told the room we had booked, and emailed specifically about, was not available. Was told we had been 'upgraded' to a Jacuzzi room. With 2 small children, this was not seen as an upgrade. The single AC unit was not sufficient to cool the room. When we had to move rooms the next day the room we were moved to was not ready as they told us it was. The staff was pleasant but seemed like a lot of young kids were hired over the summer to make up numbers and didnt really know what they were doing. The breakfast buffet was a waste of time. The rooms were not quiet, with the local clubs staying loud until the early hours.

  : I booked pay at property when I arrive and the hotel tried to take my money the day before. Because funds weren't available then they cancelled my room. Had to wait 3 hours to get another room

  : Being charged for drinks we didn't have. Room needs a deep clean. Needs a renovation not high class as advertised. It's looking very tatty.Music too loud round pool, sometimes you just want a nice quiet chill time.Needs better lighting in room.

  : Very nice location, and a nice resort with different swimming pools (a swimming pool for each block).
  : We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, 2 out of them did not have air conditioning, only electrical fans, which is a real issue in such warm and humid weather.Very poor wifi in our apartment, we were disconnected most of the time.
