  : The front desk person was tremendously helpful.The mattress seemed to have been replaced or turned over, something. It was much better than my previous stay one week ago in the same room.
  : The room had not been cleaned when I entered the room. I had to hike down to the lobby to await cleaning. Luckily the desk personnel helped me go to and fro.

  : The hotel lobby is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed. The room was clean except the bacteria in the shower. The breakfast is plentiful and decent. I love that there is an indoor pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
  : There is red Serratia bacteria along the bottom of the shower wall/floor. Housekeeping needs to use bleach in the shower. The hallways smell damp. The hallways feel like an ice box. Air conditioner was blowing, despite temperature in the 40s outside. The bed feels like a brick. Despite the negatives, I would return because the positives outweighed them.

  : There was a old smell time you walked through the door of the hotel and room, the sink in the bathroom drain extremely slow, once it was a nice hotel, entering and exiting the hotel is very challenging with the speeding traffic traveling on Poplar Ave.
