  : Location was great, the facility was good.
  : The front desk staff did t speak to me other than to ask for my drivers license and that was it! I asked if I could add my Marriott Bonvoy number and she didn’t want to so it wasn’t added …I didn’t like the non working elevator, only one was operable. I was disappointed with the lack of towels, I was a solo traveler and they only gave minimal towels with no fresh towels the second day. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was debris all over the floor, otherwise clean.

  : Our key wouldn’t work the second day, went and told the desk, had to change the battery in the lock and we waited over 30 min for that and they didn’t even tell us, we had to go ask when we’d could get back in our room, didn’t clean our room, empty the trashes or bring new towels the 2nd day, then next evening our key wouldn’t work again, had to go back and forth from third floor to front desk with only 1 elevator working and motel was very busy!!

  : Location was good. Front reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.
  : Not up to normal Springhill Suites standards. Didn't seem as clean, ice only on floors 3 and 5. First night, wasn't able to get a full bucket of ice. Stains on the sofa. Loud A/C and too short breakfast hours. 9:00 is too early to end during the summer and on a holiday weekend. Breakfast staff were not friendly and didn't fill outages after 8:45 AM. Immediately turned off lights in breakfast area a few minutes before 9 AM. Family's around us were told they were out of milk so the kids had no cereal, eggs not replaced after 8:45, no regular coffee creamer. Just a real disappointment. I won't stay here again.

  : DISASTER WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! dryer doesn't work! I didn't have body wash, had to use shampoo throughout my stay. My door keys needed to be rekeyed because they stopped working on both of my rooms at different times. Housekeeper was loud and woke up my baby. Only one elevator works! Had to walk down 4 flights of stairs because GM was holding the elevator door wide open to prevent another domestic issue from happening on premises... Elevator wait is too long. Carpets looked dirty. Trash constantly in hallways. Only one person is working at all times, can't help everyone accordingly. THEY OVERCHARGED ME BY ONE DAY AFTER I ALREADY CHECKED OUT AMD HAD TO GIVE ME A REFUND BUTTOOK ALMOST TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THE GM GOT FIRED AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS TO TEY TO FIX IT. THEY OVERCHARGED ME PER NIGHT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
