  : The room was definitely worth the value and the amenities were awesome
  : Well my room was canceled before I even arrived in the city and I wasn't even told. Luckily, I called the hotel before I arrived. Even though my booking was a book now/pay at property option, I was told my room was canceled because the hotel tried to pre authorize my credit card and it didn't go through. Of course, at the time the pre authorization tried to go thru, I had my card locked because I was keeping my card locked until I had arrived actually. I called the hotel and informed them on this issue and was told booking.com canceled my booking. I had the app on display though and up showing that my booking was still confirmed, and was eventually told there was nothing they could do for me. I had specifically wanted to book a suite with a balcony and that room had already been given away since the hotel canceled my booking. Mind you I was not even contacted that my room was canceled and I was traveling from over 3 hours away. So that was very angering to me. Also being harassed by security about noise even though nobody was on our floor barely for being downstairs at the big late night party the hotel was hosting.

  : The layout of the hotel was impeccable! From the water fountain near the elevators. From the pool pivoted to the left the grand stairs, everything was lovely. And the bed was SO soft I have to know your secret. ALSO, breakfast is always a bonus! Thank you for such an amazing stay!
  : The only critique was with the decor of the room. If you guys could modernize the rooms I wouldn't mind paying extra for an updated decor :)

  : There was so much hair in the pool. Clumps of hair sticking to our legs. Just terrible.
