  : The location is excellent. Beautiful sunsets and a 15-minute walk to OIA (overrated). Restaurant recommendations by Katerina were fabulous. A short walk away and OIA. FIRA were great too. The Bookings.com view is really a sea view from the patio. Not from your room. No need to upgrade unless you are getting a suite which guarantees a sea view. The breakfast was nice and changed every other day (minimally). You do not require a car in Santorini. Bus is the easiest and most cost-efficient way to get around. The Port Ferry to Fira is 2E pp and Fira to the hotel (Anchor Suites) is 1.6 E pp. The bus stops at the driveway of the hotel and is about 100m from the bus stop. If you want the crowds stay in Fira and OIA. The shower has nice pressure and is definitely worth the say.
  : The upgrade we paid for was a sea view but we had a room with a partial sea view from our patio. Not from your room. I believe this may be a Bookings.com issue.

  : Nice to be slightly outside of oia and have a little more room. Facility was clean and larger than expected!
  : Breakfast was nothing special. I was under the impression it was going to be at the more expensive sister hotel and be very nice but instead it was a different hotel and was sparse/packaged goods.

  : We had a lovely room (the Honeymoon Suite) with private balcony for 2 nights. There was a lovely pool area, but very windy when we were there & too cool to use the pool.
  : We had problems finding the property. Our GPS sent us up dirt roads to a dead end. We also had trouble finding where to go for breakfast. It was in different accommodation outside of the property. The very friendly & helpful front desk lady helped us. There are a lot of stairs, but thankfully the male staff took our very heavy bags to and from the rooms.

  : Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Pool was nice and relaxing. Breakfast delivered to room was a nice touch.
  : The location is a bit far to walk into town. We got the bus in but would have to walk back as there was no short bus back. Roads can be quite busy and no proper footpath.

  : The hotel staff were outstanding!! Very kind and even carried our bags to and from our room upon arriving and departure. The breakfast area was clean and the food was adequate.
  : While researching, the pictures and description made it seem like the hotel was in Oia and it isn't. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Oia and you're walking on a road with little room for cars and humans. Our room was the furthest from the pool/reception; 218 steps. Going to the room (downhill) is ok but the hike back up every time you wanted to use the pool, get a refreshment, go to town, etc. was exhausting. Lastly, the view is north across all of Santorini, which is a desolate view.
