  : That being said, the carriage house was a large room, although oddly set up. Keurig in the room with plenty of supplies was nice. Parking for a vehicle was a big bonus. The grounds were nicely manicured. Tim, the host, was quick to respond to text messages.
  : This bed and breakfast was highly rated, and I found that very misleading. Stains on the carpet, hairs in the bathtub, peeling paint on the building and deck all were turn offs. The set up of the living space odd as well, as no way for a couple to watch TV together. Would benefit from putting the TV on a wall mount so it could actually be seen from the couch or from the bed, area rugs to cover stains, and more comfortable furniture. Sunroof right over bed wakes you up at 6:00 a.m. with sunlight. Even with curtain closed, bring eye covers as it's bright. No breakfast was served even though this is a bed and breakfast. I encourage them to start doing boxed lunches or at least a basket of pastries to each room in the morning. We never once saw the hosts! And lots of rules including don't go in the main house, and reminded that a deposit was being held and damage would be assessed when you left. Did not feel very welcoming with all the warnings. As a nearly 60-year-old frequent traveler that was a turn-off. Walls thin and not only could be hear the children of the first group next door to us, we heard the amorous couple next door the next night along with our bed shaking! To be honest we won't be back. Felt like a over-priced hotel stay. I say the above as an owner of both rentals and 2 B & B's. Lowest ratings I've given in over 5 years.

  : The owner was exceptionally helpful. Saved us a bunch of time with good advice on where to park, the best access to the beach. The B&B is quirky and comfortable. Great for romantic getaway.
  : If you want a full service hotel with pool etc this is not for you

  : We stayed in the carriage house. It is two separate rooms from the rest of the property. There was an adjoining door that can open things up.. We traveled with our two grandkids 5 & 9 . They Loved the freedom !
  : There is nothing that We really didn’t like. Sure some really picky people could. But we enjoyed our stay of four days.
