  : Close to the center.Air conditioner.Grocery at the first floor.
  : Bad air flowing. The towels and clothes couldnt become dry.Towels were clean but there were some dirty spots with paint or something.Noise from the window, if you are on the street side. There is tram station + car road + grocery at the first floor.No early check in. We had to wait until 14:00.

  : You never find the responsible people on desk, there is no any shampoo or something in room, you never see any staff in hotel within the day.

  : Location was good. Low price. July 2021 four nights 3300 UAH. Low price = low quality
  : We reserved room with a balcony with an extra payment, they gave us deepest darkest room number 9 which is near the staff room. When we asked for relocation they told us our room is comfort room and not all of them has balcony. If room number 9 was a comfort room I wonder how bad is standard room. Room number 9 has very small window which you can not open completely and view from window was a disaster.it feels like you stay in dungeon. Picture of the rooms are photoshopped, that add extra light with filter.rooms needs restoration. Walls need to be paint. Curtains need to be changed. Floor was full carpet and it smells moisture because it is impossible to ventilate the room with one tiny window. If you prefer to stay comfort dont choose if you like your money more than your comfort you can choose this hotel:)
