  : I didn’t get to eat breakfast because I paid for the room and then get to hotel and couldn’t stay because I only had one credit card and it wasn’t allowed for my “card to be put on file” so I lost my money and haven’t been able to get it back. So it was for one embarrassing! My kids didn’t get to swim or anything fun. Instead they watched their father on father’s day at that get turned away from something he already paid for. So I can’t say I liked anything
  : I didn’t like the fact that I paid for a room and get told I am not going to be able to stay with no refund!!!

  : They overbooked the place and didn't honor my reservation. Very rude night attendant. He called the police on two angry customers who experienced the same situation.

  : Stayed in room 208. At first glance the room looked neat and clean. The carpet was clean. The room smelled nice. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were antiquate. Was glad to see a microwave and mini fridge. The air conditioning worked really well. Wifi worked well but had no password so not secure.
  : There was construction and we were not made aware of it when making the reservation. Was difficult to get to the hotel because of the construction.There was a gap around the door of our room where you could see daylight all around it. There were scratches on the wall, paint was peeling. The lamp between the bed was broken. Everything in the bathroom looked old and worn. The shower head and pipe were not connected to the wall. Anytime you sat on the toilet it moved. The bed sheets and blanket had stains.I was able to reserve the room with a card but once there they said I couldn't pay with that same card. Staff was always talking with each other and ignored me the few times I needed to speak with them. Offered breakfast didn't taste good and there was not a large selection. Office not clearly marked so it was hard to find. There were people hanging out with the staff outside rooms until 3am.
