Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for UAH 250 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 13 years old stay for UAH 500 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 14 years old to 17 years old stay for UAH 700 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 14 years old stay for UAH 500 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 12 Sept 2022 until Sun 04 Jun 2023
Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking or negotiated directly with the administration of the property.

Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment should be made within 5 days after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.
