  : The location is superb. Right in the center of Odessa, walking distance everywhere! The room is excellent, it is more like an apartment, and the bed, sofas, amenities, towels and bathroom are OK! Very private, very convenient, very comfortable for a couple, or small family. Decoration very nice, personal, antiques and "objets d'art". Price very convenient. Excellent value-for-money ratio!
  : It is not exactly an hotel, and not a luxury one for sure! There is no one living in, no reception, only a cleaning person that comes in the morning; no restaurant, no breakfast, no service other than cleaning. (I know they are renovating part of the house to enlarge with more rooms soon, and most likely it will have more staff around!) Third floor without lift can be a burden to elderly people or if you carry heavy luggage, but for this very convenient price you can't be that choosy! The access to the apartment (main door downstairs, stairway) is in bad condition because of the renovation works going on, and we were promised it will improve when works are done. Anyway, I think I would stay there if I were to visit Odessa again
