  : The property is clean and in the center of lots of activity. The staff was all very hospitable, but for the cost the size of the room was not great. We got a suite that faced the train tracks. The train was loud in the mornings, plus the lights from tracks were bright all night. The bathroom and especially the shower was ridiculous small for a family of 5. Of course there was an extra resort fee, plus almost $40 for parking. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, but very busy. The pool and hot tub were also heavily used by too many people. Overall, the cost was by far very disappointing.
  : Tiny bathroom! Back rooms don’t have a balcony and they are over the train tracks.

  : The property is in close proximity to many things, food, movies, beach. It was pretty clean for the most part. I liked the entertainment on the weekend, we had a band right outside our balcony playing at the restaurant and that was so fun! Breakfast was decent too.
  : So the downside of the things I liked, is it might not be for everyone. It’s located where everything is very busy and if you sleep early or have kids the music from the restaurant will not allow you to sleep before10pm. It’s also next to the train station so you can hear the train bells all night long. Check in was extremely slow, it seemed like they were typing in nuclear codes to get us checked in and there’s only 2 elevators, with only one going to the garage and they move super slow too. Of course one went down during our stay and we took the stairs downstairs but for those checking out, I’m sure it was a pain.

  : Rooms were nice with a balcony and partial ocean view (they do not have full ocean view rooms).
  : Where do I begin? I booked 2 rooms. We were in town to attend a funeral the following morning.I emailed the hotel a few days prior to our arrival to request a late check-out because we would be heading directly to the funeral.They never responded.We arrived at 4:30 (30 minutes after check-in).There were several people in line & more than a dozen people sitting around the lobby area w/ suitcases.When I got to the counter, I was told our rooms weren't ready.I asked why since it was more than 30 min. after c/i. He said they were booked solid last night & housekeeping was behind.Neither room was ready.I told him about my request for a late c/o.He couldn't say & said I had to ask in the morning.I asked how long until our rooms were ready & he couldn't give me an estimate.I was told I should check back in 30 min. or so. I asked what the hotel was doing to compensate everyone for late c/i. His response...."I don't know".I asked if I had to get back in line & he said yes.NOT great customer service.This gentleman had absolutely no emotion, never even a slight smile.Now I understood why the lobby was full of people waiting. They were all in the same boat.15 mins. go by & I go up again.Still nothing.I told this same gentleman that they shouldn't be making their guests keep getting back in line.Instead, they should be taking names/#s and contact them.Again, NO emotion.Back up in another 15 min, nothing.Finally,the next round was a success but for only 1 room & only if we would switch to an accessible room.Fine, took it only because we were all exhausted, trying to work in the lobby & emotionally exhausted for the loss of a family member.I again asked for late c/o. There was NO soap, lotion, etc. in the room.I walked out of the room & saw housekeeping & asked for soap.She told me they were out of soap.WTH!!!!OUT OF SOAP. She said it was ordered,but not in.
