  : Apartment: Excellent location, very close to harbour direct on the sandy beach and only 10 min. walk to the Oceanside Pier. Nice friendly- coloured, spacious apartment, as discribed. All clean and Neat, kitchen goof equipped and in good shape & clean. Apartment overall impression, very good. Complex: Heavyly guarded, all doors locked- good- save feeling. Laundry room in perfect condition & clean, sufficient machinery & supplies of detergent etc. Loushes garden, quiet area, close to downtown and boadwalk, nice pool & deckchairs Some not so nice comments: elevator hydraulic sound all day till midnight, some noise from above- no good isolation it seems

  : This was an excellent location and accommodation for our family! It was on the beach, with a few minute walk to different beaches. We especially loved Harbor Beach that we easily walked over to. We loved that option. It was very convenient to go out the gates on the beach and watch the sun set. The condo was very clean and a comfortable layout for us, with a good kitchen. We were impressed with how quiet neighbors were. A big bonus was the good-sized patio where we stored our beach gear and hung things to dry. Another great thing about the condo complex was the lush grounds, big pool, awesome gym, and gated parking. It was also an easy drive to San Diego and Torrey Pines State Park.
  : It could have been stocked better for as long of a stay as we had (8 nights). We could have used more toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper towels, and garbage bags. We had to buy TP, paper towels, and do laundry to was dish towels. A few repairs would be nice (dishwasher bottom rack had no wheels to roll in and out, and the screen door fell off its track daily), but it didnt impact our wonderful stay.

  : Super convenient location and had all the beach stuff there so we didnt need to bring our own. The pool was heated and awesome for the kids since ocean was to cold to swim.
  : Could hear the neighbors all around us in other rooms pretty good.

  : The grounds and pool are beautiful. Our apartment was very clean and plenty of space for our little family.
  : The bed was not comfortable. We could hear the elevator dinging late at night and early morning. There were small signs of wear and tear in the apartment which I didnt expect for the price.
