  : Loved the location! The bed was very comfortable!
  : The window blinds were awful and people outside could see right in. I had to use blankets I had to cover them. The “kitchen” was nothing more than a small frig, microwave and tiny coffee pot. The shower needs a new shower head and it was tiny!

  : to say we were disappointed in the accommodations is an understatement. I spoke to the property on call on Sat but he was unhelpful. I have since left two v/mails but no one has responded to me. We understood that we had booked the top floor apartment (which we have rented previously), with cooking facilities for our family of three. But when we arrived we were assigned a small studio with only one bed and no cooking facilities or fireplace, as advertised. It was very uncomfortable, cold (no extra bedding) and very dirty. We would like to come to some compromise about this unfortunate experience

  : Loved the location and facilities offered in the hotel/condo, especially since there were 4 of us, the fact that the unit had 2 bedrooms in it was perfect. The room had everything we needed, the location was super close to the beach, the nautical/ocean theme (with all my favorite blue and turquoise colors) added a nice touch to my birthday weekend celebration.
  : There was no human contact from the hotel during our check in time. We arrived on a Saturday, early evening and the lobby/counter was closed for the day. All information was sent via email, and they basically sent the same information repeatedly, to the point where it got annoying, you didn’t even want to read any of it. What didn’t help was that in that area the phone reception was notably poor, I couldn’t get to my emails to find the passcode to unlock the key to our room. Luckily, a nice couple who had similar issues were there and gave us the WiFi password so we could access the WiFi and get the information we needed to get in to our room. After a long drive, the unnecessary hassle was not welcomed. Also, the added charge for cleanup was confusing and tacky. Shouldn’t it be already included in the room rate?

  : Little run down. Toilet was lopsided & tucked between the walls snuggled. Windows were dirty from the outside.

  : Crumbs in the beds. It just felt like everything was dirty. We wore shoes in the condo...were Asian if that doesn’t tell you anything. We could hear every foot step from the peopke above us, quite loudly might I add. Great location. If you are fine with pretty much staying in a motel disguised as a condo.

  : Our unit was only a minute walk to the beach access. I liked the layout of our condo with bedrooms on either side of the main room which was kitchen and dining and a space for mudroom gear. It was fully furnished and plenty of consumables like, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soaps, towels. The full kitchen was perfect. All of the surrounding properties seem to be rentals and people are moving about, but in a slower motion. It's a wonderful place to spend your time and your money. I had the best time with my daughter and the babies, less than 1 year and 3 years old. It was nice to show them them the Pacific Ocean at it's best.
  : The vinyl floors needed to be scrubbed with professional equipment and then sealed with simple mop and glow. It probably already is done like that, but the sand may really wear it down. It may need to be done more often. I thought the laundry facilities were in the condo unit, but it was laundry room separated from all of the units. The washers worked great and were standard coin operated. The dryers are also coin operated but did not work the entire time I was there due to the humidity and out of code condition of the laundry facility. I had to hang my wet laundry on hangers in our unit for 2 days and our jeans were still wet when we left. Minor inconveniences, but we did have babies with our party that needed the clean and dry clothes.
