  : By the Sea agents were a bit difficult to get ahold of. There weren't as many towels as other places we stayed and check in time 5-7pm was much later than most places

  : This was not our first stay and same as always we had a really good time. Everybody liked the new hot tub and it was nice to have wyfi and cable tv for the kids. The new washer and dryer in the bathroom was great. Beds are comfortable and the sofas, which is where the kids spent most of their time on their tablets and games.
  : Rough getting into Ocean Shores due to the roads being flooded due to the weather. But not your fault you can not control the weather. The kitchen does need some hot pads for taking things out of the hot oven.
