  : it was very clean
  : We paid for 2 bathrooms & spent half of the trip trying to get someone to fix one of the toilets. It was broken when we arrived!! then a $150 cleaning fee when I had to scrub/clean/disinfect the entire bathroom to make it safe to use after the plumber finally arrived our last day & flooded the whole bathroom trying to fix the toilet. Paid for a two bedroom, 2bathroom condo & on multiple occasions had to use the public bathroom at the pool because of broken toilet!! No lounge chairs at the pool & you are not told prior to your trip that you need your own chair to be at the pool.!

  : I loved that the pool was so close to our condo. Also that it was so close to the beach just one block!
  : The condo wasn’t as clean as it could have been. But other than that it was great!

  : Overall I was dissatisfied, and frankly a little grossed-out, with the lack of cleanliness. When we arrived, there were crumbs on the couch cushions and party confetti on the floor and falling out of the curtains. The couch was stained, the barstools (fabric) were stained, and there were greasy fingerprints on the walls in the bedroom. Additionally, there were children's play toys and baby gates on the balcony, presumably left over by the owner or previous occupant. We never really felt like the place was "ours," and for the money we paid, this was a major disappointment. As an aside, there was a washer/dryer room on the ground floor which was highway-robbery expensive. On the upside, the interior design/decor was pretty/cozy, and parking was very convenient. However, I would not stay there again.
