A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Surf Inn Suites does not accept pets, please accept our apologies.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces. Smoking is only allowed in designated area. $250 fine for any unauthorized smoking.

Kids Stay: Kids ages 10 and under stay for free when sharing adults room. Kids ages 11 or more pay $10 per night per stay. Up to 5 kids are allowed with one adult. No more than 6 people in total are allowed per room.

Rollaway/extra beds are not available. Cribs (infant beds) are not available. Surf Inn Suites does not provide cribs or extra beds.

Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 adults is allowed per room or 1 adult and 5 kids maximum is permitted per room.

Check Ins: Check in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM. Guests checking in after 6 PM must call the front desk office to hold their reservation. Reservations booked with credit card will need to provide valid photo ID when checking in, along with the same credit card that has their name on it for incidentals to prepay any damages. The name on the reservation must match Photo ID and name on the credit card used to book the reservation.
$200 deposit per stay for incidentals is required and is refundable upon checking out and inspecting the premises. Minimum check in age is 18.

Check Outs: Check out time is before 11 AM.

Cancellation policy: Guests who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Travelers who cancel less than 1 week before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

Large group cancellations: Reservations and policies that are cancelled for large groups differ and are subject to 1 night charge plus tax regardless of time of cancellations.

Parking: Car parking available for registered guests only. 1 reserved parking space per room. No buses, trailers and RVs are allowed to park.

Internet: Free Standard wireless Internet service is included for all guests.

The property does not have elevators.

Service Fee: USD 4.99 per night.
