: I liked having a garage for our vehicles and having 3 bathrooms was also very nice. I also liked not having to worry about a key for the room while we were there.
: it was not cleaned between renters and the amount of stairs

: Loved the garage parking. Nice appliances. Great air conditioning. Spacious.
: The check in was a little confusing. No TVs in the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms. The traffic was very loud. Had to make our own beds with the linens provided in a big bag. One of the keys provided did not work and the office closed an hour after check-in. Pillows and mattresses weren't very comfortable. No dresser in 2nd main bedroom.

: The location of the property isnt in a bad spot close to many attractions.
: The house was very dirty. Mold on bathroom ceilings, brown goop dripping out of the vents onto the floor. Bath towels smelled pretty bad. Broken chairs on patio and doors to laundry and washer. Walls are all marked up and not just a few but a lot. Bedding had stains and covered in crumbs. Went and bought our own bedding but still felt uncomfortable not to mention beds are uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin and covered in heavy dust. You can hear literally everything and sounds like youre on the streets sleeping.

: There was really nothing to like about this home.
: House was absolutely filthy. Took us hours to clean it. Reached out only to let them know and they said that a manager personally inspected the home before we got there so they wouldn't be sending anyone back out to clean. Internet only worked one day we were there (thank goodness we had our own hotspot on our phones to use as a backup). Broken chair out on the front porch. Dead bugs in the bedroom garbage and behind the dressers hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Black mold in the master bathroom, trash in the cans from previous occupant, and silverware was filthy as well. I originally booked thinking maybe some people were being extra with their reviews, but every single complaint about this home and company is legitimate. I will never stay in a home managed by Vacasa. Was not worth the price .
