  : WE HAD A LITTLE BIT OF CONFUSION WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED. I WASN'T AWARE THAT THIS WAS A PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO AND THAT THERE WAS NO STAFF AVAILABLE ON THE PREMISES. BUT, ONCE WE WERE ABLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE AND GOT WHAT WE NEEDED TO GET IN THE ROOM...EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL.....

  : Great location, easy to get too. Great views from our hotel and amazing accommodations. We loved that there was a washer and dryer, kitchen and two bathrooms. We would love to stay again, and now that I know what will happen as far as instruction for key code and parking it might make it a lot easier.
  : Our coffee pot didn't work, the outlets in bathrooms were out from the wall and microwave buttons didn't work well. Some of the blinds were missing. We never saw any staff so I couldn't rate. It was weird to go the whole stay without seeing any office or cleaning people, but also seemed private. I had never seen the email that came through so the first day we parked in the wrong spot and didn't really have a lot of instructions. It would be nice to have the information printed out in the hotel as well, like wifi.

  : construction early in the am (which was resolved by the owner). wi-fi wouldnt allow us to watch movies on our laptop and we couldnt connect to the tv.

  : We were told we would have to show photo ID to prove age, so we expected a manned desk in lobby...we should have been told to go right to room... but a phone call clarified so we conveniently got in room with code. Master bedroom shower was great. Decor was beautiful and comfortable. Restaurants close drive away, and some in walking distance. Quiet zone made it pleasant. Beach close and views were fantastic.
  : There was not one sign saying Salty Sands, so some confusion we were at the right building. Main complaint was construction noise Monday and Tuesday as rails were replaced, major surprise and disappointment.

  : The ocean view is beautiful.The location to the beach is great - just a few steps away!Linens were nice and clean.Having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room was perfect for my family of four.
  : Microwave didn't work.Water for bathing could be warmer.

  : The beds in the 2nd bedroom were not very comfortable. Loved not having to drive somewhere to check in or out. The keyless entry was fantastic. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The view ahhh.
